Terms and Conditions of booking Accommodation at Hart of Mull.

Guests showing signs of Covid-19 while staying at Hart of Mull are required to go for a test (Contact NHS 111 for details). The results of this test must be shown to the owner. If positive, then the guest must immediately leave if this is reasonably possible. If for any reason that it is not, and self-isolation is required to take place at Hart of Mull, then you will be charged at the daily rate for the rest of your stay plus 72 hours for a deep clean to take place Any other costs from cancelled bookings will also be bourn by the customer isolating. We advise you take out Holiday insurance with Covid-19 cover.

Booking is only completed once the deposit of £100 has been paid or full amount if less than 6 weeks to the booking.

One or two night bookings in the pod/camping cabin must be paid in full on booking.

Balances for bookings are due 6 weeks before the booking date. Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, cheque or PayPal invoice.

Amount of guests booked can only be altered by contacting us first and must never exceed the  maximum amount of guests for the property booked.

We do not take pets at Hart of Mull and we do not allow smoking in the cabins.

We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.

We ask that if you damage anything during your stay you report it to us and if necessary pay for a replacement, brake downs because of ware and tear will not be charged for but please report them to us.

Our deposit are normally none refundable But consideration will be taken in exceptional circumstances Subject to re-letting the property.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your holiday as, in the event of cancellation, payment including deposits can only be refunded if property is re-let.

If your holiday is cancelled by you after you have paid the balance/full amount any refund will be subject to us re-booking your dates minus a small admin charge.

Arrival time on your first day is after 6pm and departure by 9am on your departure day. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged subject to availability and may incur a small charge Covid-19 has made us alter the arrival departure time due to strict cleaning protocols.

We ask you leave the property clean and tidy on your departure day. Failure to do so may result in a surcharge to cover additional cleaning costs and compensation for late entry to arriving guests as a result of extra cleaning. We reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund should any conditions of your booking being breached.
