Terms and Conditions of booking Accommodation at Hart of Mull.

As we all know Covid-19 will be around for a while and things change on a daily basis. We are following all the cleaning protocols as advised by the ASSC, We ask you follow any rules that may apply in Scotland at the time of your tip. We advise you take out insurance for your trip that covers Covid-19 cancelation policy. If you need to cancel/change your trip we will do our best to either rebook the week and then refund or change you trip to a later date, a small admin fee may be charged for cancelation refund. Please take a lateral flow test before you come on to the island.

Booking is only completed once the deposit of £100 has been paid or full amount if less than 6 weeks to the booking.

One  night bookings in the Pod/Ark must be paid in full on booking.

Balances for bookings are due 6 weeks before the booking date, A link will be e mailed 6 weeks before the holiday. Payment can also be made by bank transfer, card, cheque

Amount of guests booked can only be altered by contacting us first and must never exceed the  maximum amount of guests for the property booked.

We do not take pets at Hart of Mull and we do not allow smoking in the cabins.

We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.

We ask that if you damage anything during your stay you report it to us and if necessary pay for a replacement, brake downs because of ware and tear will not be charged for but please report them to us.

Our deposit are normally none refundable But consideration will be taken in exceptional circumstances Subject to re-letting the property.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your holiday as, in the event of cancellation, payment including deposits can only be refunded if property is re-let.

If your holiday is cancelled by you after you have paid the balance/full amount any refund will be subject to us re-booking your dates minus a small admin charge.

Arrival time on your first day is after 5pm and departure by 10am on your departure day. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged subject to availability and may incur a small charge Covid-19 has made us alter the arrival departure time due to strict cleaning protocols.

We ask you leave the property clean and tidy on your departure day. Failure to do so may result in a surcharge to cover additional cleaning costs and compensation for late entry to arriving guests as a result of extra cleaning. We reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund should any conditions of your booking being breached.
