Terms and Conditions of booking Accommodation at Hart of Mull.
We advise you take out insurance for your trip to cover cancelation on your side
Booking is only completed once the deposit/ booking fee of first nights’ accommodation cost is paid. (Or full amount if less than 6 weeks to the booking.) If Payment is not paid after 24 hours of booking and/or you have not been in contact to arrange an alternative payment date the booking could be cancelled.
One-night bookings in the Pod/Ark must be paid in full on booking.
Bookings in cabin 1. When booking cabin 1 you agree to the Terms and Conditions for use of the hot tub.
Balances for bookings in all accommodation are due 6 weeks before the booking date, A link will be e mailed 6 weeks before the holiday. Payment can also be made by bank transfer or card
Number of guests booked can only be altered by contacting us first and must never exceed the maximum number of guests for the property booked.
We do not take pets at Hart of Mull, and we do not allow smoking in the cabins.
We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.
We ask that if you damage anything during your stay you report it to us and if necessary, pay for a replacement, break downs because of wear and tear will not be charged for but please report them to us.
Our deposit/booking fee are none refundable unless we cancel the holiday.
We recommend you take out travel insurance for your holiday.
1, If you cancel your holiday after you have paid the balance and we can re let the property we will refund minus the deposit/booking fee subject to rebooking price.
2, The booking fee/deposit is not included in the refund. If booking is made less than 6 weeks to holiday date and full amount is paid, then cancelled the booking fee/deposit amount will be deducted first. Subject to dates being rebooked.
3, Bookings taken for 1 night in the pod and Ark- payment made is the booking fee/deposit so is nonrefundable. but consideration will be taken if we rebook.
4, Bookings In all accommodation can be altered to another time, but refunds are subject to the original booking date.
5, No refund for late arrival or early departure.
6, major damage to the property will be charged to booking payment card unless you have agreed a different payment method.
Arrival time on your first day is after 4pm and departure by 10am on your departure day. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged subject to availability and may incur a small charge
We ask you leave the property clean and tidy on your departure day. Strip beds and remove rubbish and recycling.
We reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund should any conditions of your booking being breached.
