Terms and Conditions of booking Accommodation at Hart of Mull.

We advise you take out insurance for your trip that covers Covid-19 cancelation policy.

Booking is only completed once the deposit/ booking fee of £100 or nightly price of the pod, ark and Camping Cabin has been paid (Or full amount if less than 6 weeks to the booking.) If Payment is not paid after 24 hours of booking and/or you have not been in contact to arrange an alternative payment date the booking will be cancelled.

One  night bookings in the Pod/Ark  must be paid in full on booking.

Bookings in cabin 1. When booking cabin 1 you agree to the Terms and Conditions for use of the hot tub.

Balances for bookings in all accommodation are due 6 weeks before the booking date, A link will be e mailed 6 weeks before the holiday. Payment can also be made by bank transfer or card

Amount of guests booked can only be altered by contacting us first and must never exceed the  maximum amount of guests for the property booked.

We do not take pets at Hart of Mull and we do not allow smoking in the cabins.

We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.

We ask that if you damage anything during your stay you report it to us and if necessary pay for a replacement, brake downs because of ware and tear will not be charged for but please report them to us.

Our deposit/booking fee are none refundable, unless the holiday is cancelled by us.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your holiday.

If your holiday is cancelled by you after you have paid the balance a % will be paid back as follow

1, Cancelled 5 weeks before booked date 75% of balance, 4 weeks 50%, 3weeks 25%, 2 weeks 10%, 1 week 0%

2, The booking fee/deposit is not included in the % refund. If booking is made less than 6 weeks to holiday date and full amount is paid then cancelled the the booking fee/deposit amount will be deducted first.

3, Bookings taken for 1 night in the pod and Ark- payment made is the booking fee/deposit so is none refundable.

4, Bookings In all accommodation can be altered to another time but refunds are subject to the original booking date.

5, No refund for late arrival or early departure.

Arrival time on your first day is after 4pm and departure by 10am on your departure day. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged subject to availability and may incur a small charge

We ask you leave the property clean and tidy on your departure day. Strip beds and remove rubbish and recycling.

We reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund should any conditions of your booking being breached.
